The instructors create a relaxed and open atmosphere in which participants feel comfortable in expressing their ideas.
Stephen Neiman and Paul Castonguay are our two principal instructors. Both have extensive experience in adult education in general and diversity-related training in particular. Stephen and Paul have outstanding reputations as fluent, dynamic, outgoing, and versatile instructors with an ability to engage participants in learning activities. They are also highly experienced process facilitators who have conducted numerous strategic planning and problem-solving sessions.

Stephen Neiman has been teaching adults for nearly 40 years, 14 as a Learning and Organization Development Consultant with the federal government of Canada, and the remainder as a private training consultant and service provider. Furthermore, Stephen designs and develops all of the training courses and workshops provided by the company.

Paul Castonguay has more than 30 years of experience as a Human Resources Consultant, including 22 with the federal government. Paul has been a private training consultant and service provider since 1997 and an Associate of the company since 2004. He is fluently bilingual.
