It is becoming increasingly evident that there is a changing reality in the Canadian workforce. According to demographers, employees from diverse groups now account for 80% of Canada's labour force growth. New employees are bringing with them different perspectives, expectations and needs. The benefits will be considerable, but so will the challenges.

To meet and capitalize on these new challenges, organizations must be forward-looking by preparing for and accommodating these changes.
